East Park in Hull

Yesterday Richard and I went to East Park for Hull Veterans Day.  It was a really good day, the weather was just right and we met us with John and Debbie who were involved in the re-enactment.

There was a stand with about 20 birds of prey and for a small fee you could have your picture taken with any of them or just hold them.  I wanted to hold them all, they were amazing.

In the main arena the horse display was brilliant, the men were Yeomanry and they were wearing 1914 dress uniform.
